Acquired in September 2011, The Holland Hotel is a historic landmark building first built in 1912 and rebuilt in 1928. Designed by renowned Southwestern architect Henry Trost, this property features 24 guest rooms and suites. The Holland has been the civic center of the city of Alpine for over a century. Fully renovated by Greenwich Hospitality Group, it boasts the newly constructed restaurant The Century Bar and Grill.

Acquired in January of 2017, the historic stone Hotel Limpia was built in 1912 as a summer retreat for wealthy cattle ranchers and oil tycoons looking to escape the heat and humidity of east Texas, as here they could enjoy the cool dry air of the Davis Mountains. It is located in mile-high Fort Davis amidst the scenic Davis Mountains of southwest Texas and has 31 guest rooms and suites located in three distinct buildings. Connected by a courtyard garden, Hotel Limpia’s fine-dining restaurant, Blue Mountain Bistro, offers bistro dining with a West Texas flair, as well as the only bar in Fort Davis.
