Presiding on the third floor, this room combines captivating elegance with its graceful decor and rustic charm with its wooden beams.

The antique king-size wooden sleigh bed covered in a light down comforter sits under two awning windows. Next to it, the old-fashioned wooden wardrobe offers hangers, extra blankets and pillows. Behind the room door is a small fridge.

The television sits atop a vintage table on the lefthand side of the bay windows; in this same area, the dark gray multi-function folding ottoman can easily be transformed into a bed for a small child.

The fireplace facing the bed and adjacent to the sitting area keeps guests warm during chilly evenings.

Overnighters often cozy up in the upholstered chairs by the four large bay windows and set their books or mugs atop the vintage coffee table while enjoying the sunset or sunrise. Under the soft-dipped valances, everyone appreciates the view of historic Newfane.

To the right of this small living room with a picturesque landscape, a round table and two chairs make a nice work area.

Guests enjoy the large European shower and its numerous jets. A skylight above the toilet and a single-sink vanity complete the bathroom.

Expect to wake every morning with natural sunlight in this magnificent room.
