'Take-Out' & 'Dine Out'
Our restaurant is open for take-out food service. We have outdoor seating setup throughout our gardens so please sit and enjoy your food right on our property. In an effort to elevate the take-out experience, you can request that your food is served on real plates with real silverware, glassware, and napkins if you plan to eat in the gardens! We simply ask that you use the trash cans or plate clearing station provided when you are done and practice social distancing. We also have paper plates and plastic silverware available if you are taking away from the property. Current menus can be found here
Orders can be placed online or by calling 802.365.7713 and payment will be credit card only. Phones will be staffed by the restaurant from 3pm onwards Wednesday through Sunday.

Our dining room is now open for indoor dining! As per the Governor's State of Emergency Order, advance reservations will be required and masks are required to be worn when not eating.
Artisan Restaurant celebrates the agriculture and food craftspeople of Vermont, sourcing ingredients from over 20 local farms. Executive Chef Frederic Kieffer and Head Chef, Ralph Capalupo, orchestrate operations and create seasonal exceptional food, served in our elegant dining room full of modern country charm.
Tavern & Garden
The Tavern & Garden is a cozy and casual gathering place with a large flat-panel TV for sports and weekly live music where friends can hang out. The bar features an impressive variety of local beer and hard cider, small batch wines and cocktails. In the summer months, we have two outdoor dining areas with our patio overlooking the gardens and ponds, plus a small courtyard in front of the restaurant, both serving al fresco dining.
The restaurant is currently closed for dine-in service. We are serving take out only at this time. Our weekly hours we will be from 4 pm to 7 pm* Wednesday through Sunday, and until 7:30 pm* on Friday and Saturday. We will also serve brunch on Sundays 11 am to 1 pm.
*Hours subject to change. In cases of bad weather or low business levels we might close early on occasion.
Wednesday's are Four Columns Night (or '4C' night as we call it). Set menu of Fried Chicken, Corn on the Cob, Coleslaw and Cookies for $14. Add a Switchback Draft for $4.
Chicken can be substituted for Falafel, and there will be salad and desserts also available.
