Artisan Restaurant celebrates the agriculture and food craftspeople of Vermont, sourcing ingredients from over 20 local farms. Executive Chef Frederic Kieffer and Chef de Cuisine, Erin Bevan, orchestrate operations and create seasonal exceptional food, served in our elegant dining room full of modern country charm.
Tavern & Garden
The Tavern & Garden is a cozy and casual gathering place with a large flat-panel TV for sports and weekly live music where friends can hang out. The bar features an impressive variety of local beer and hard cider, small batch wines and cocktails. In the summer months, we have two outdoor dining areas with our patio overlooking the gardens and ponds, plus a small courtyard in front of the restaurant, both serving al fresco dining.
For the winter season Artisan Restaurant, Tavern & Garden at the Four Columns Inn serves dinner five nights a week, Wednesday through Sunday, from 5:30 pm (closed on Mondays and Tuesdays). On Sundays we also serve Brunch from 11:00 am to 1:30 pm. From May onward we will revert to our summer hours and be open for dinner on Tuesday nights too.
Please note: The Inn and Restaurant will be closed beginning April 5th, reopening on Friday May 8th, 2020.

- Sunday: Brunch. Entrée plus Mimosa, Bloody Mary or House beer or wine for $18.
